Sony's PXW-Z280 4K 3-CMOS 1/2" Sensor XDCAM Camcorder continues the fine tradition of the XDCAM series of cameras. It captures 4K at up to 60p relying on three 1/2" Exmor R sensors that provide improved low-light capability when compared to standard sensors. The camera integrates a 17x optical zoom lens and an electronic variable ND filter. The camera supports modern codecs such as XAVC, as well as legacy codecs such as MPEG HD and DVCAM, allowing you to use one camera to shoot 4K, HD, or SD video. The camera supports S-Log 3 for improved performance, and HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) which allows you to shoot and deliver footage compatible with both HDR (high dynamic range) and SDR (standard dynamic range) without needing laborious post-production work. SmallRig CCS2310 Overview
Rig up your Sony Alpha a6300, a6400, or a6500 digital camera with this Formfitting Cage from SmallRig. With its full-frame design this cage protects your camera while providing numerous 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and ARRI locating holes for mounting accessories. You can use the cage's mounting points to customize your setup with your choice of optional accessories such as a wooden handle, monitor, microphone, light, cold shoe, cable clamp, lens adapter support, and more.
The cage connects to your camera via a 1/4"-20 screw on the bottom, and uses an M2.5 thread on the right side as a second locking point to prevent camera wiggle. There are several 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threaded holes on the bottom for mounting the cage on a separately available tripod plate. An included flat head screwdriver makes for quick installation and attaches to the bottom of the cage. On the right side there are slots for attaching an optional carry strap.
